Motorsport Column - August 12th 2010
We are at the midpoint of our chapter’s track season, making this a good time to both reflect back and look forward. The first three events were scheduled at Pacific Raceway in 2010 on April 16th, May 27th and June 24th. The three dates had much in common; low attendance. The Car Control Clinic (CCC) was with 16 enthusiastic participants new to our sport. To help the next HPDS, discounts were provided for those students that attended the CCC. The club will again provide discounts for the next CCC for our August and September driving schools. The High Performance Driving Schools (HPDS) weren’t quite full, but close and we will continue to look at new ways to increase the attendance.
